With over 15 years’ experience in the surveying and construction industry, Chris Waite has a comprehensive and wide-ranging knowledge of building surveying having worked within a large, landed estate in Northumberland, looking after a variety of buildings and structures, including residential properties of all ages and sizes, agricultural buildings, historic, listed and ancient monuments, to name but a few.

With extensive building surveying skills, including building pathology knowledge and expertise, Chris has managed a diverse range of projects over the years from smaller kitchen re-designs, to major farmhouse refurbishments, alterations, extensions, demolitions, issues of subsidence, fire damage repairs and other insurance matters, historic building conservation, building pathology, and even riverbank stabilisation works.

Fully proficient and experienced with both English and Scottish planning and building regulation procedures, Chris believes that all projects, no matter the size or complexity, deserve full attention to detail and a comprehensive approach, delivered with a personal and professional service.
